Baby Belly - 38 weeks

2 more weeks until my due date! I cannot believe we are already this close to the end. At my past two weekly appointments I have not had any dilating, so I am beginning to think Eden is going to be a late baby... guess we will see.

Anybody want to guess her length, weight and arrival date for fun? Put it in your comments!

Baby Belly - 36 weeks

Today was my 36 week appointment. When the doctor walked in and said we were in the "home stretch" it was surreal and exciting! It was a good appointment. Eden is already in a head-down position as we suspected, her heart rate was strong - 148, and my cervix is thinning. No dilating going on yet, but I would have been surprised if I had already dilated some.

John and I have been trying to begin wrapping up some of the last details this week while we are on break at the Ranch so they can be completed before Eden arrives. We still could have 4 weeks or more, but it helps to have peace of mind at this point that most things are being taken care of in case I did go into labor early :).

Baby Belly - 35 weeks

Wow, it's so hard to believe we are at 35 weeks, and I am actually several days late in posting this picture, because I will be 36 weeks on Sunday! Can't believe we are in for the final countdown! We are so excited to meet little Eden, but a little scared at the same time :)

Here is the 31 week belly photo. I cannot believe we are counting down the last couple months, which will soon be a few weeks, days, etc! We are so excited to meet our little Eden Joy, but also anxious about our first try at parenting! Please pray with us and for us as we continue on this awesome journey God is giving us!

Baby Belly - 30 weeks

Well, it's hard to believe we've made it to 30 weeks already! From this point forward I will be able to count down the weeks on my hands until little Eden arrives, unless she is late of course! Today I am NOT loving the heat, but I am oh so thankful for our air conditioning, comfortable maternity clothes and a good book to help me relax! Here is the 30 week belly photo...

You may have noticed we missed the last two weeks of belly pictures! I am happy and sad to say the weeks went by so quickly, we never seemed to find a moment to take a picture before the week was too far gone. Two weeks ago we were on a break from our Ranch boys and so I was able to have a great time with family and friends! This past week our Ranch boys returned, 4 of them being new to our home, and with the lack of breaks in our summer schedule we have remained very occupied!

I will say though, Eden's nursery is coming along quite nicely! Just a few more finishing touches and I will share photos for everyone to see!!
